Meet Leonzo

The heartbeat of a movement that seeks to redefine, unite, and inspire. His movement is grounded in the principles of belonging, inclusion, human connection, and the powerful idea that individual purpose can harmonize with the collective mission.

After wrestling with the challenges of urban life and finding solace elusive in his rap career, Leonzo's journey took a transformative turn when he ventured to his mother's homeland in Honduras. Stepping onto the soil of his heritage, a profound realization washed over him. The sights and experiences in Honduras illuminated a different path to happiness, one deeply rooted in community and simplicity.

The revelation extended beyond personal realization to a broader understanding of the power of community and belonging. In the village of Sambo Creek, he witnessed a tight-knit community where everyone knew each other. People took care of one another, looked out for each other's children, worked together, and ensured everyone had enough to eat, from the fisherman, to the water carriers everyone had a part to play and everyone belonged to the way of life and everyone was bought into their part for the overall survival of the community. It was a profound connection and interdependence that left a lasting impact on Leonzo's consciousness.

This experience in Honduras served as the spark that ignited Leonzo's vision of creating a global village rooted in the principles of togetherness, support, and shared well-being. It became the driving force behind his determination to establish spaces where individuals played a crucial role in the overall success, each understanding that their unique strengths and contributions were essential. Leonzo envisioned a community where everyone's role held significance, contributing not only to their own success but also to the success of others and the collective outcome. In this vision, every person felt a profound sense of purpose, knowing that, regardless of the scale of their role, it mattered. These spaces were designed to be sanctuaries where individuals could authentically connect, freely express themselves, and discover solace in the embrace of a collective identity.

Then in December 2016....

Leonzo transformed the music scene by launching the Village Jam: "The Only Concert Where The Audience Is The Headliner", a groundbreaking concept where both artists and audience members took center stage, turning entire venues into collaborative performances. Originating in Philadelphia with just 20 people, the Village Jam quickly expanded to sold-out events of 500 attendees per night across multiple cities globally, with thousands more participating virtually in over 150 experiences. This success birthed the Global Village community, emphasizing the inclusion of everyone in the overall experience.

Leonzo extended this model into the plant medicine space, fostering community engagement through interactive conferences where the crowd actively contributed to industry solutions.

In the face of the pandemic, a game-changing evolution occurred, propelling Leonzo's vision to new dimensions.

Leonzo pivoted this model into the workplace and human-centric enviornments, fostering more connected spaces and engaged teams. He emphasized the importance of each employee being the headliner to create a symphony of success, with the customer as the ultimate beneficiary. Everyone's role is valued in the workplace, contributing to the collective achievement of the north star. This is not just a movement; it's a journey of belonging, inclusion, human connection, and the powerful alignment of personal and collective missions.
